Our Tri Grip Plates are composed of cast iron with a rubber coating for increased durability and protect floors and barbells from impact damage, and reducing noise. Purposely built for general strength and weight training exercises, manufactured to the highest specifications, perfectly balanced.

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on cart value, products and location. All stock is stored and dispatched from our UK warehouse. We dispatch orders within 24 hours and weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.
