Who is going to deliver my order?
We use a range of couriers including DHL, DX Freight, DX Express and Palletways
DHL, DX Express and Palletways all provide 2-hour time window on the day of delivery.
Large orders are sent out with Palletways on an automated book in service. They will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Please make sure you input your correct phone number/email at checkout to make sure you receive these notifications.
How long does delivery take?
All items are dispatched same or next day. Weekend orders are dispatched on a Monday.
We use a next day service for parcel deliveries and a 48hr service for pallet delivery. If you have a specific day you would like to request for a delivery, let us know and we can arrange it for you.
Sometimes multiple parcel deliveries are not delivered on the same day. Please allow up to 3 working days before getting in touch if an item hasn’t arrived.
Can I arrange a weekend delivery or collection?
We can arrange a Saturday delivery at extra cost. Please contact us in order to obtain a quote or request a weekend collection.
Can I collect an item in person instead of having it delivered?
You’re welcome to collect from our warehouse address. Free collection is optional at checkout and means you save on delivery costs.

Can I add another item to my order?
Of course, please reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you offer payment by instalments or finance options?
We offer 3 monthly instalments and buy now pay in 30 days. Both are available at checkout with Klarna.
We also offer Clearpay at checkout where you can spread the cost over 4 payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, AMEX, Paypal, Apple Pay Klarna and Clearpay. You can also arrange payment by BACS or cash on collection from our warehouse.
How can I track the status of my order?
As soon as your item has been dispatched you will receive tracking information by email.
Can I make the purchase now but delay the delivery of my order?
Yes, this is not a problem. This is common when people are in the process of building a gym or moving house and want to reserve items.
Just reply to your order confirmation email to let us know and we will make the arrangements.
My order is missing an item/s?
We're sorry to hear that your order is missing an item. Please use our contact page and provide either your order number or postcode and a description of your missing items and we will resolve for you quickly.
How can I return my order?
We have a 30 day returns policy. You must arrange the delivery of the order back to our return address:

Upon delivery to our warehouse we will check the goods and process a refund to the original payment method.

All of our products have at least 12 months warranty as standard.
